In-Person Appointments: If your appointment is with Miranda, Catherine, Karen, or Julia, Makena, or Elysha please come to 183 1st Ave, North Bay (Main floor of the Masonic Temple). Appointments with Claudia, Siobhan, Tannaz, or Tanya are virtual.
Parking: Paid, coin-operated on-street parking is available until 4:30 PM daily.
Arrival: Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
Entering the Building: Use the main staircase if able. If not, call us and we will meet you at the lift located at the back right side of the building. Upon entry, restrooms are on your left. Continue into our suite, hang your coat or remove shoes if needed, then proceed to the waiting room and make yourself comfortable. During regular business hours, reception staff can assist you, and your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.
